On a gorgeous Friday afternoon, Camas residents wanted to enjoy the warm, sunny afternoon. They wanted to get some exercise. The Heritage trail is the perfect "local" place to do both. Yet the city has closed the parking lot. The result was people parking along Lake Road on the shoulder. This is less safe for the people parking their cars alongside the road. Why won't the city open up parking at Heritage Park? Citizens can be "safe" from a "social distance" perspective, and also allow them to enjoy the park and/or the Heritage trail.
