Camas Business Owners, please join us for our 4th Business Forum this Friday, June 12th at 9 AM. There will be a Q&A, real-time polls, and lots of listening by the City. For those new to these events, here’s a recap:
Week 1 (May 22): In the classic style of a listening post, we asked business owners to share their views and received their input, feedback, and solutions. This was limited to business owners.
Week 2 (May 29): After Week 1, City officials worked on ways to incorporate feedback and ideas into plans for Phase 2. The City reported their progress on this work during the Week 2 call, while continuing to listen to the issues and concerns of business owners. The wearing of masks was a central topic, and again the call was limited to business owners.
Week 3 (June 5): As the approval for Phase 2 was imminent at the timing of the Week 3 call, City leadership felt it prudent to use the time for updating business owners, press, and citizens on what to expect moving forward. There were no limitations on who could join the call; however, the speakers were limited to City officials. Citizens were urged to send questions to email@example.com.
Week 4 (June 12): For Week 4, we’ll be a week into Phase 2 and will once again return to a listening post style forum, with the call limited to Camas business owners. The meeting will begin with questions sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and then open up to any attendees with questions/concerns. We also have the ability to take polls, so if there’s something you’d like to know from your fellow business owners, you can send that in an email ahead of time. If you would like to register in order to receive the link to this week's event, you may do so here: https://bit.ly/CamasBusinessForum4.
